Year 6 enjoyed an action packed visit to the nation's capital in November.
From the Nursery going into space to Singing Squad carol singing, it was a great term!
All our classes enjoyed visits this term, including to Bewerley Park, Murton Park, Fountains Abbey, the Fire Station and the Castle Museum.
Our Year 5 class enjoyed a sunny and active three day visit to Lindisfarne and the surrounding area.
Many classes enjoyed visits this term, including 18 lucky Year 6 pupils who went to Segovia in Spain.

Our Year 5 class enjoyed their residential visit to Lindisfarne and we had lots of class day visits too, including to the Rainbow Factory in Leeds and Ripon Library and Museums.

Year 6 enjoyed three action packed days in London, travelling by train, underground and even boat. They visited the National Gallery, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Houses of Parliament, saw a show, the London Eye ....
In September and October our Year 1 and 2 children had an amazing time enjoying adventures outside.
Congratulations to the winning team, the Dragons, but a great time was had by all!
We had an amazing time learning Zulu dancing, playing the spoons, acting in a Shakespeare play and line dancing!
We are fortunate to enjoy Christian festivals at Ripon Cathedral as well as worship in our own chapel.
The children enjoy a wide range of activities, including skipping, karate and fencing workshops in our March 2018 Health and Wellbeing Week.
Thanks to the wonderful fundraising efforts of the Friends of RCS we now have a track all round our field so the children can participate in the Daily Mile initiative.
Thorp Perrow and Hackfall Woods were wonderful in the sunny weather and Year 2 went to the National Railway Museum.
The snowy weather caused some of our visits to be cancelled, but we still managed cold days at Castle Bolton and Murton Park!
